Based on the NSW Central Coast, EMTARA is led by husband and wife duo Josh and Emma. Together, they bring their complimentary expertise from their respective fields to equip local businesses with the practical skills, processes and confidence to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from unexpected challenges.

EMTARA brings together two core streams: Emergency Management consultancy and training. We work alongside organisations to strengthen their processes and empower their people with the skills and confidence to respond when it matters most.

Our training programs are designed to equip individuals and teams with practical skills, processes, and confidence to respond effectively in challenging situations. We partner with Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909), a registered training organisation (RTO), to deliver our accredited and online courses, ensuring your team receives high-quality, recognised training. We can also design workshops that are tailored to the unique needs of each organisation, combining evidence-based approaches with experiential learning to ensure each individual walks away having met their learning objectives.
